Nurgul Aganina, Founder of Rys Edu

Nurgul Aganina, born on November 28, 1989, in Kyzylorda city, brings a wealth of experience and expertise to the field of education consulting. Her journey is a testament to her dedication to personal growth, academic excellence, and professional development.

In 2012, Nurgul graduated from the prestigious Kazakh University of International Relations and World Languages named after Abylay Khan, earning a degree in International Relations. Her academic journey took her even further as she expanded her horizons as an exchange student at the Beijing Institute of Economics and Management from 2008 to 2009.

Driven by a passion for international affairs and administrative excellence, Nurgul embarked on a career path that led her to diverse roles in renowned organizations. From 2010 to 2011, she served as an administrative assistant at the UN Office in Almaty, gaining invaluable experience in organizational management and diplomacy.

Her professional journey continued to flourish as she held administrative positions at esteemed entities such as “Alliance Stroy Invest” LLP, National Company “Kazakhstan Garysh Sapary” JSC, and “Highville Service” LLP from 2011 to 2014.

With a thirst for knowledge and a commitment to personal growth, Nurgul pursued advanced degrees to further enhance her expertise. She completed a Master of Business Administration at Beijing Technology and Business University from 2014 to 2017, followed by a Master in Public Administration at Nazarbayev University from 2017 to 2018.

In her roles as a chief specialist in personnel management and strategic development at the National Center for Public Service Personnel Management JSC and as an analyst at the System Research Company Factor LLP from 2018 to 2019, Nurgul demonstrated her leadership acumen and analytical prowess.

Her dedication to contributing to the development of her country’s economy and society led her to take part in scientific research on the digitalization of the agro-industrial complex and the effectiveness of subsidies at the Analytical Center for Economic Policy in the Agro-Industrial Complex LLP under the Ministry of Agriculture from January 2021 to March 2022.

In her most recent role as Head of the Analysis and Communications Department at the Scientific Research Center “Youth” LLP under the Ministry of Information and Social Development from May to August 2022, Nurgul honed her skills in data analysis and communication strategies.

Currently on maternity leave, Nurgul has made the decision to leverage her extensive experience and expertise to embark on a new chapter in her career journey as an education agent. Her diverse background, coupled with her passion for education and unwavering commitment to excellence, makes her a valuable asset to students seeking guidance on their educational endeavors.
